Food Coordinator (Hospital)
• Comply to the hygiene standards, safety rules and regulations of the company
• Ensure all assigned duties are completed and within the cleanliness and timeliness requirements of the company
• Compiling of all meal orders for all meal periods
• Ensure that all meals are prepared correctly by checking the order chit
• Managing food warmers which are used to keep and transfer meals that are prepared.
• Assist in catering set up including preparations and cleaning up after event.
• Managing of beverage machines which include topping up and minor troubleshooting etc.
• Able to speak & read English.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
Requires to work 5-6 days per week (12 hours shift)
