Food Processor (Butcher)

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Use specialised tools (e.g., boning knife) to debone meat according to the production requirements or customer orders
  • Use knives or cutting equipment to perform skinning, slicing, trimming and portioning operations
  • Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and tool /equipment in compliance with food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets

Working Hours

6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 04:00am - 1:20pm)

Job requirements

  • 1 year of hands-on experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for meat preparation
  • Comfortable working in 8 – 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided
