Food Processor
Main duties and responsibilities
- Prepare pork meat according to production requirements or customer orders
- Pack products and store them properly to maintain quality and freshness
- Operate Grinder, Mixer & Portioning machines
- Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas
- Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets
Working hours
6 working days (Monday to Saturday: 8am – 5.20pm)

Job requirements
- 1 year of hands-on experience in Food Production Industry is preferred; but not mandatory
- Comfortable working in 8 – 12 °C working environment, uniform will be provided.
- Able to lift up to 20kg of Pork meat for packing
