Retail Operation Manager
Key responsibilities
- Staff and team management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Sales and performance: Drive sales, meet targets, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to implement strategies for improvement.
- Inventory management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock takes, ensure accuracy, and manage order fulfillment processes for both online and in-store purchases.
- Operational standards: Ensure all stores operate according to company policies, guidelines, and standards.
- Customer experience: Develop and implement strategies to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience across all channels.
- Budget and financial management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and examine financial data to maximize profitability.
- Strategy and implementation: Develop and implement operational strategies, improve processes, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Promotions and marketing: Cascade and operationalize headquarters' directives, including the execution of promotional campaigns.
