Main Purpose & Value to the Business
- Support high-quality and timely business decisions by analyzing financial data and utilizing basic AI, analytics, and automation tools.
- Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, resource planning, and value creation for the Crop Science – Seeds & Traits business across NORLA.
- Transform complex financial and commercial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities through scenario-based financial thinking.
- Accelerate Finance digital transformation by embedding AI and automation into FP&A workflows.

Technical & Digital Capabilities
- Driver-based financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Advanced analytics using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience applying AI or GenAI to finance use cases (forecasting, pricing, automated insights).
- Process automation and data transformation capabilities.
- Strong data governance and model transparency mindset.
Qualifications & Competencies
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Engineering.
- 3 - 4 years of experience as Business partner, business analysis, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Financial analysis, or related areas.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Demonstrated impact using analytics or AI to improve financial performance.
- Experience working with matrix and multi-country organizations.
- Experience using: GenAI, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Microsoft Office, Power Automate.
