  • Support high-quality and timely business decisions by analyzing financial data and utilizing basic AI, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Contribute to improving forecast accuracy, resource planning, and value creation for the Crop Science – Seeds & Traits business across NORLA.
  • Transform complex financial and commercial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities through scenario-based financial thinking.
  • Accelerate Finance digital transformation by embedding AI and automation into FP&A workflows.

  • Advanced analytics using BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience applying AI or GenAI to finance use cases (forecasting, pricing, automated insights).
  • Process automation and data transformation capabilities.
  • Strong data governance and model transparency mindset.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Administration, or Engineering.
  • 3 - 4 years of experience as Business partner, business analysis, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Financial analysis, or related areas.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated impact using analytics or AI to improve financial performance.
  • Experience working with matrix and multi-country organizations.
  • Experience using: GenAI, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Microsoft Office, Power Automate.
