• Condominium MCST Cleaning

We are looking for motivated Freelance Business Development Executives to promote our professional cleaning services for condominiums MCST, offices, retail shops, and commercial premises across Singapore.

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy networking and business development and would like the flexibility to work independently while earning commission from successful sales referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers requiring cleaning services
• Introduce the company's cleaning solutions to residential and commercial clients
• Generate sales leads and business opportunities
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations
• Coordinate with the operations team for service arrangements
• Achieve sales targets and business development objectives

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Able to work independently
• Sales, property, facilities management, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Existing business network will be an added advantage
