Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a fun shopping experience
• Recommend products based on customers’ needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations
• Share Lush brand values and product knowledge with customers
• Support sales through active engagement and recommendations

Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and support inventory management
• Follow company policies and store procedures
• Support additional store tasks when required

Teamwork

• Work closely with the team to achieve store goals
• Attend trainings and monthly store meetings
• Share knowledge and support team development
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Friendly and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable speaking with customers and demonstrating products
• Team player with positive attitude
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not pre-requisite.
