Business & Sales Management
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Analyse store performance and implement improvement plans
- Monitor staffing, stock management, and operational costs
- Manage monthly store expenses and productivity
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
- Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to staff
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment
- Manage staff scheduling, development, and performance
- Recruit and develop future leaders within the team
Store Operations
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, safe, and well-merchandised
- Oversee stock freshness and back-of-house organisation
- Ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures are followed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
