Business & Sales Management

  • Drive sales and achieve store targets
  • Analyse store performance and implement improvement plans
  • Monitor staffing, stock management, and operational costs
  • Manage monthly store expenses and productivity

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to staff
  • Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment
  • Manage staff scheduling, development, and performance
  • Recruit and develop future leaders within the team

Store Operations

  • Ensure the store is clean, organised, safe, and well-merchandised
  • Oversee stock freshness and back-of-house organisation
  • Ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures are followed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
