Fund Data Analyst

Job Description:

• Data Maintenance within our Geneva Fund Accounting System:

1. Investor subscriptions and redemption.
2. Maintaining and Uploading of Accounting Transactions
3. Maintaining of daily reports of Trial Balance, Position Listing, Cash Statement and Shadow Daily NAV using Reconciliation tools.
4. Data maintenance and tracking of all funds within group level.
5. Reconcile any workflow manager and data feed
6. Review NAV and Financial reports issued by the fund administrators.

• Support the funds’ audit and MAS annual declaration.

• Data maintenance of all fund related activities.

• Work with external stakeholders on FPAM requirements for system built.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Fund Management Activities.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degree holder (Finance/Accounting/Business).

• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL Query.
• Good working knowledge of financial products(equities, fixed income, etc.)
