As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities
  • Perform daily activities in line with SOPs, adhering to client deadlines and SLA requirements
  • Conduct thorough self-review before submitting work for secondary review
  • Analyze client accounting records, identify discrepancies, and raise appropriate queries or escalations
  • Proactively highlight anomalies that may lead to audit observations or client issues

  • Collaborate with partner sites to ensure smooth delivery and timely communication of status updates
  • Engage with stakeholders to address accounting-related queries effectively
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure strict adherence to risk and control frameworks, checklists, and updated SOPs
  • Coordinate with internal control (OCM) teams on review and issue resolution

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Fund Services Trades or strong exposure to financial markets
  • Strong understanding of mutual funds, NAV calculations, and fund accounting processes
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and review capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong risk and control mindset with process-oriented approach

  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting; knowledge of trade capture/reconciliation is an advantage
