Job responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between client and broker/counterparty data using TriOptima.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, including missing trades and economic mismatches.
- Analyze and address lifecycle discrepancies and static/identifier issues.
- Engage with brokers, vendors, and clients to drive timely resolution of reconciliation exceptions.
- Conduct regular client interactions (weekly/fortnightly) to review and clear outstanding items.
- Manage the exception queue, ensuring break aging control and adherence to SLAs.
- Escalate critical issues in a timely manner and track resolution progress.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and maintain audit-ready documentation for reconciliations and commentary.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
Strong understanding of:
Trade lifecycle events,
Data quality and control frameworks &
Fund servicing operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in reconciliations / middle office / operations, preferably with OTC & Non-OTC products
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
