About the Role

高级经理,客户经营体系建设

岗位职责:

1.结合业务节奏设计客户经营链路,并深入推动分公司的落地运用。

  • 设计并持续优化客户经营链路,系统性规划全年波段客户季活动;

  • 深入推动分公司运营客户经营重点工作,并持续萃取赋能,提升触访转效果;

  • 创新营销员客户经营模式,开发各类线上线下拓客、经营工具。

2. Agency客户经营策略的设计与优化。

  • 深入研究保险行业及其他行业市场的客户经营案例,并结合公司实际转化为新的业务增长点;

  • 通过客户洞察及数据分析,定期复盘设计及实施经验,优化策略内容。

岗位要求:

  • 全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上寿险个险经验,对个险业务及客户经营的逻辑有深刻理解(同时具备前线和中台经验者优先);

  • 良好的数据和实战案例的洞察能力,强烈的目标感;

  • 良好的组织协调、项目推进和授课演讲能力。
