About the Role
专员,消保与客服岗岗位职责:
• 协助主管落实本机构的消费者权益保护各类业务督导工作,包括但不限于消保审查,消保风险提示及整改推进等;
• 负责协调本机构各项消费者保护金融教育相关活动,组织实施各类相关培训宣导工作,提升消保工作成效
• 承担来访客户及营销员的柜台咨询接待工作,为客户及营销员提供良好的服务。完成权限内的理赔、保单服务的初审工作,为客户及营销员提供一站式服务
• 妥善处理客户提出的各类投诉,及时化解矛盾,发现风险,及时呈报。通过各项服务新举措,不断提升客户体验
• 发现工作中的痛点,主动提出改善性建议。在工作中发现潜在风险并及时反馈,积极提出解决方案
• 新单回执回访后续跟踪及监控工作,定期汇总并及时通知销售部门做好跟进工作等
• 宣导运营信息,对业务渠道提供个性化的运营服务支持
• 主管安排的其他工作
任职要求:
• 大学本科或以上学历。具有2年以上工作经验,保险、经济、法律等相关专业优先考虑
• 认同公司企业文化
• 具有团队合作精神,责任心强,工作积极主动,性格开朗,为人随和
• 良好的沟通能力,清晰的文字及语言表达能力
• 具有较强的写作能力
• 具有创新思维,不断提出新服务举措
• 较强的心理素质及自我心理调节能力,抗压能力强
