GenAI Engineering Project Manager, Customer Systems

Our team is responsible for building and managing GenAI based conversational AI systems for multiple business groups within Apple. While most of the use-cases are associated with automating contact center use cases, the team builds solution for multiple other complex business challenges. In this role, you will drive complex cross functional programs to achieve organizational goals. You'll own the program timelines and facilitate meetings across different teams. You'll unblock teams to deliver at speed and ensure that right quality criteria are met across the board. You'll help achieve business outcomes within time. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in technical program or project management. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing programs specifically within the Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI domain. Deep conceptual understanding of the Generative AI architecture (LLMs, Embeddings, Vector Databases, RAG). B.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar or equivalent related work experience. Experience in leading programs in waterfall, scaled agile and agile mode along with using tools to track the entire progress Preferred Qualifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks Excellent leadership and influencing skills Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Engineering/ Technical background preferred
