GenAI Solutions Architect, Customer Systems

Our team is responsible for building and managing GenAI based conversational AI systems for multiple business groups within Apple. While most of the use-cases are associated with automating contact center use cases, the team builds solution for multiple other complex business challenges. In this role, you will employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders during full lifecycle development process. Serve as the Customer System GenAI domain champion, leading the design and architectural development of innovative solutions that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers across diverse channels. Minimum Qualifications 9+ years of total experience in software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture. 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions/Agentic AI solutions using RAG in production Strong proficiency in Python/Rust and modern AI SDKs. Demonstrated ability to create architectural diagrams and technical documentation for non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Preferred Qualifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational skills. Ability to juggle and complete multiple tasks Excellent leadership and influencing skills Proficient at managing multiple global efforts simultaneously Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Engineering/ Technical background preferred
