General Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and management for patients at the clinic and during home visits

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose, and formulate appropriate treatment plans

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population

• Provide medical advice, medication review, and follow-up care

• Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure coordinated patient care

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with MOH and SMC requirements

• Participate in house-call services where required
  

Requirements

• Fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)

• Valid Practising Certificate

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, acute care, or GP practice preferred

• Comfortable providing care in both clinic and home-visit settings

• Strong clinical judgment and confidence in independent decision-making

• Professional, empathetic, and patient-centric approach
