Key Responsibilities
⢠Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
⢠Provide first-level support for account-related and system-related enquiries
⢠Assist users with account setup, password resets, and basic troubleshooting
⢠Accurately document and track enquiries within the system
⢠Deliver a positive customer experience through timely follow-up and resolution
Requirements
⢠Comfortable handling enquiries through phone and email
⢠Positive attitude and willingness to learn
