Graphic Designer (Maternity Cover)

Period: October 2026 to May 2027

You will work on a variety of collateral and projects ranging from advertisement(print and online), monthly newsletter, monthly guest letter, posters, tent cards and other forms of promotional and corporate communications collateral from Fullerton Hotels & Resorts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties maybe assigned.

· You will work to a brief agreed with the management and will develop creative ideas and concepts. The appropriate media and style has to be chosen to meet the Hotels objectives.

· You will be required to manage the flow of design job requests from the requesting departments, together with the rest of the Marcomms team.

· You will assist to oversee photography projects for monthly dining promotions, hotel events and hotel-wide photography.

· The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

· Liaising with internal customer to determine their requirements and budget

· Managing the design process from design concept to production and print. Working with internal customer, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales

· Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites

· Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size

· Plan concept by studying information and materials.

· Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief

· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

· Liaising with external printers on are gular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality

· Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
