Green Partnership Manager
Job Description:
- Green Event Strategy Coordination:Formulate and manage green partnership frameworks with sports events,marathons, corporate retreats, and government campaigns to supply 100%low-carbon, sustainable apparel.
- Co-Branded Green Initiatives: Collaboratewith corporate event organizers to design activewear initiatives that activelypromote eco-awareness, such as turning event shirt collection booths intosustainability engagement hubs.
- Event Apparel Carbon Allocation:Coordinate with external environmental consultants to map out and estimate thelifetime carbon footprint of major bulk-order activewear shipments.
- Green Balance Programming: Guide corporateclients on purchasing verified carbon credits or participating in localtree-planting and conservation sponsorships to fully offset their event garmentproduction emissions.
- Green Retail Standard Integration: Developa standardized "Green Merchant" playbook for Ultifresh’s distributionand franchise networks to ensure retail partners use energy-efficient lighting,eco-friendly displays, and plastic-free storefront packaging.
- Franchise ESG Monitoring: Assess and trackthe sustainability commitment scores of external apparel distributors tomaintain Ultifresh's brand integrity.
- Client Sustainability Reporting: Draftpost-event environmental impact summaries for corporate B2B clients, verifyingthe exact carbon metrics saved by choosing Ultifresh.
- Internal Team Alignment: Brief internalsales and logistical teams on customized green delivery guidelines required forzero-waste event operations.
