Guest Relations Agent (Korean Speaking)
This position enhances the guest experience by delivering personalized and anticipatory service to
all guests, VIPs, and ALL Members. The Guest Relations Agent ensures smooth coordination across
departments, supports Front Office operations, and upholds Swissôtel and Accor service standards
throughout the guest journey—from arrival to departure
Knowledge and Experience
- College diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Guest Relations or Front Office.
- Strong English & Korean proficiency
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- High degree of professionalism and confidence in guest-facing scenario
