Guest Relations Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Guest Relations Executive whose responsibilities includes to maximise the guest satisfaction and to ensure the personalized guest service and satisfaction by listening and resolving complaints and providing excellent guest service throughout their stay.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree(Tourism & Hospitality Management preferable)
- Minimum two years 5* Hotel experience in an equivalent position
- Good command of English
- To build positive impression and guest engagement through contact with all our guests by consistently providing excellent guest service
- Guest satisfaction oriented with problem solving and persuasive skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with positive attitude
- Detail oriented and have analysis skills
- Complaint handling and negotiation skills
- Outgoing personality
- Team player
- Able to work in flexible hours
