Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Clinic & Gym Operations Manager to lead our hybrid facility, which integrates premium Strength & Conditioning (S&C) training with elite Physiotherapy care.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between fitness and rehabilitation. You will be responsible for driving membership and clinical bookings, managing daily front-of-house operations, and leading a multidisciplinary team of coaches, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. If you have strong business acumen, excel at building communities, and understand the sports-performance and healthcare landscape, we want you to lead our team.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in facility management, ideally within a premium gym, Allied Health clinic, sports performance center, or multidisciplinary medical facility.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of both the fitness industry (S&C, personal training) and clinical workflows (physiotherapy, patient management).
- Skills: Proficient with integrated gym/clinic software (e.g., Mindbody, Glofox, Cliniko, Coreplus, or similar CRM/EMR tools).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage a diverse team of technical professionals (coaches and clinicians) and handle scheduling conflicts.
- Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, a highly professional demeanor suitable for a healthcare environment, and a deep passion for strength, conditioning, and longevity.
