HAIR SALON MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate stylists and assistants.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily salon workflows, appointments, and walk-in traffic.
Financial Tracking: Monitor daily sales, set revenue targets, and manage cash flow.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, order hair products, and minimize waste.
Customer Relations: Handle client complaints, build loyalty, and ensure top-tier service.
Marketing Execution: Implement promotions, social media campaigns, and local advertising.
Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict salon cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Work on weekends and public holidays. Night shift is a must.
At least 5 years experience on hair extension with portfolios.
Able to generate a good number of leads on tiktok and xiaohongshu.
- Proven Experience: Past work as a salon manager, assistant manager, or senior stylist.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hair treatments, trends, and salon products.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage diverse personalities and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills to handle VIP clients and complaints.
- Business Acumen: Proficiency in basic budgeting, retail sales, and math.
- Tech Literacy: Experience using salon booking software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail hours.
