Head Baker

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develope new bakery products and introduce innovative, practical ideas to enhance existing offerings.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and consistency.
  • Exercise effective time management to support smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production by maintaining adequate supplies of ingredients.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the production room at all times.
  • Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and upkeep of kitchen utensils and equipment.
  • Work on a permanent night shift schedule.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the baking or pastry industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen equipment, utensils, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
