Head Baker
Job Responsibilities:
- Develope new bakery products and introduce innovative, practical ideas to enhance existing offerings.
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and consistency.
- Exercise effective time management to support smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production by maintaining adequate supplies of ingredients.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the production room at all times.
- Oversee the proper use, maintenance, and upkeep of kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Work on a permanent night shift schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in the baking or pastry industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of kitchen equipment, utensils, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
