Head of Enterprise
You will develop and execute the commercial strategy for the platform, forge strategic partnerships across the Arbitrum and Ethereum ecosystem, and represent the product externally. You will work directly with users and customers to shape product requirements, collaborate with product teams to prioritize features based on deals, and ensure product security and performance. You will build and lead the Platform organization, coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, legal/compliance, security, marketing, and partnerships, and manage KPIs and budgets while communicating progress to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial strategy for the platform including revenue streams, growth, and go-to-market plans
- Forge partnerships across the Arbitrum and broader Ethereum ecosystem
- Evangelize the product externally at industry events and with key partners
- Work directly with users and customers to shape product features and value
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize features based on customer needs and deal timelines
- Lead and build the Platform organization and coordinate with engineering, design, and other functions
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Legal/Compliance, Security, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Manage platform KPIs and budgets and report progress to leadership
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in commercial leadership, enterprise sales, business development, product strategy, or general management
- Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise and commercial revenue streams and go-to-market strategies
- Track record of acquiring, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise and commercial deals
- Experience managing strategic accounts, renewals, expansions, upsell, and cross-sell motions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Partnerships
- Strong background in fintech, payments, digital wallets, crypto, or blockchain platforms; mixed Web2/Web3 experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate in technically complex, fast-moving product environments
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Strong commercial, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience
