GlobalBrand Strategy

• Lead thecompany’s global branding initiative, including brand architecture,positioning, visual identity, messaging framework, and tone of voice.

• Build ascalable and internationally competitive branding system aligned with long-termbusiness expansion.

• Definethe overall global branding roadmap and execution priorities across multipleregions and products.

• Ensurebrand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.

Organization& Team Transformation

• Assessand restructure the existing branding organization to improve efficiency,ownership, and creative quality.

• Redesign teamworkflows, reporting structures, and operational models across all brandingfunctions.

• Build ahigh-performance branding culture with strong accountability and executionstandards.

• Mentorand elevate leadership capabilities within the branding organization.

IntegratedMarketing & Creative Leadership

• Overseeintegrated brand campaigns, strategic communications, launch campaigns, andmajor market activations.

• Leadcollaboration between Brand, Product, Marketing, CRM, Social Media, andCommercial teams.

• Drivecreative excellence across visual design, content, storytelling, advertising,PR, and entertainment-driven campaigns.

• Ensurecampaigns balance both brand impact and commercial performance.

PublicRelations & Partnerships

• Overseecelebrity partnerships, media relations, sponsorships, and strategiccollaborations.

• Buildstrong relationships with agencies, production partners, media platforms, andkey external stakeholders.

• Leadhigh-impact regional and global branding initiatives that strengthen market positioning.

GlobalExpansion Support

• Supportinternational market expansion efforts through localized brand strategies whilemaintaining global consistency.

• Developbranding systems adaptable across different cultural and regulatory markets.

Requirements

Must Have

• 10+ yearsof experience in Branding, Brand Marketing, Creative Strategy, or IntegratedMarketing.

• Provenexperience leading a successful brand or large-scale brand transformationproject.

• Experiencemanaging large branding organizations or multi-functional creative teams.

• Strongstrategic thinking combined with high execution capability.

• Experienceworking directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams.

• Strongunderstanding of consumer branding, digital ecosystems, and entertainment-drivenmarketing.

• Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Comfortableoperating in fast-paced, high-growth, and transformation-stage environments.
