Head of Marketing

TheHead of Marketing is responsible for defining and driving the regionalmarketing strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen brand equity acrossSAPMENA markets. Overseeing a portfolio of brands, this role ensures theseamless execution of brand visions through strategic partnerships, retailexcellence, and robust team leadership.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Drive strategic Brand agenda & business growth together with defining the regional priorities, activation plans and roadmap by brand, by country or by cluster, while adapting the global brand strategies from DMIs to regional/local market specificities, ensuring relevance and competitiveness
  • Provide strategic recommendations to address gaps or accelerate wins. Identify and capitalize on market trends and consumer insights to drive category leadership across brands. Lead marketing / brand plans to achieve the growth ambition and turnover objective.
  • Lead and inspire the team and foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, agility, and marketing transformation.
  • Drive retail excellence initiatives that enhance the consumer journey and elevate the in-store experience across the region. And to ensure high service standards and brand consistency at the point of sale.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across markets to ensure operational excellence, alignment and strong representation of Groupe brands across the board.
  • Cooperate strongly with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure integrated business planning.
