Head of Key Accounts (Trodo SIA / Latvija)

Role Description:
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving loyalty? As Head of Key Accounts, you’ll lead the Trodo Key Account Program, a strategic initiative for customer growth and retention.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of and scale the Trodo Key Account Program across multiple markets
  • Define and optimize customer tiers, benefits, and retention strategies
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Key Account Managers
  • Collaborate effectively with Logistics and other operational teams
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for customer reviews, tier transitions, and service enhancements
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align initiatives and drive program success
  • Monitor and analyze key program KPIs and customer feedback


Requirements:

  • Proven track record leading B2B customer account or sales teams
  • Strong leadership experience with a focus on team development and accountability
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and ability to make insight-based decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English is essential for communication with foreign customers

Considered as an advantage:

  • Understanding of the automotive aftermarket and the needs of B2B clients such as workshops, resellers, and fleets
  • Full professional fluency in Nordic languages alongside English to work with Scandinavian market customers
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with logistics, delivery, or fulfillment operations
