Job Summary
Qvantel is a leading BSS software and services company, enabling telecom industry customers to drive efficiency, growth and customer experience excellence with Qvantel Flex Suite software. Qvantel has strong products, wide global customer base, deep technical credibility and proven delivery capability. To further accelerate our global growth and ensure we align quickly with fast moving industry landscape, we will strengthen our organisation with dedicated Head of Product Marketing role. This is not traditional product marketing. It is a cross-functional strategic role driving key offering and GTM decisions with strategic market insights and in close collaboration with customers and partners.
Role Mission
The Head of Product Marketing ensures that:
Market and customer signals are captured before RFPs
Market signals are turned into decision-relevant insights shaping our offerings
Strategic offering & GTM decisions are done in collaboration between Product, Sales and Marketing
Product capabilities are translated into clear, repeatable, executive level value stories
Product strengths are described as sellable outcomes and business value, not features alone
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional collaboration between Product, Sales and Marketing
Turn offerings into standardised, repeatable and scalable products and value proposition
Support roadmap logic, differentiation and investment discussions with market insight
Translate product capabilities into outcome driven, executive level narratives
Stresstest sales and product strategy with market reality
Facilitate and challenge strategic discussions with senior leaders
Support early engagement with customers’ executive decisionmakers
Own the “why this, why now, why us” storyline at Qvantel
Success Measures

Stronger executive level trust building and earlier customer engagement

Required Profile
We are looking for a senior, strategic change maker and influencer
Experience & capability
Understanding and experience from telecom operator business
Strong understanding of software business / B2B / complex solution selling
Proven ability to translate technical capability into business and executive value
Experience working at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing
Experience / skills related to AI as opportunity for industry and sofware business
Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping new structures
Leadership & Influence
Strong orchestrator of cross functional discussion, debate and decision making
Senior enough to challenge Product and Sales leadership
Credible partner to CTOlevel and Sales leadership
Able to lead without formal authority
Communication & Mindset
Strategic, outcome oriented and commercially minded
Comfortable to collaborate and drive impact both internally and visiting customers
