Head Sommelier
- Curate and continually update the wine list, manage supplierrelationships, and ensure budget optimization
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to create harmonious,seasonal food and wine pairings.
- Engage with guests in the dining room, guide them through fine wine selections, and elevate their overall dining experience.
- Mentor, train, and appraise the junior sommelier and service team.
- Monitor beverage costs, track par levels, and perform regular cellar audits
