HEAD WAITER/WAITRESS
Job Summary
Lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and drive business growth through effective team leadership and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and waitstaff to maintain high service standards
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
- Order supplies timely to support uninterrupted restaurant operations
- Encourage team members to promote the club and support recruitment efforts
- Enforce compliance with safety and sanitation laws to maintain a safe environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and operational efficiency
- Identify and develop revenue opportunities through talent recruitment and promotional activities
- Adapt to work schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
