Healthcare Admin & Call Support Assistant #HDC

Responsibilities:
• Contact applicants to provide updates and reminders regarding required documentation
• Manage inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, document scanning, filing, and printing
• Provide quality customer service and support over the phone
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up

Requirements:
• Minimum A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Available to start work within a short notice period
• Training will be provided
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Interested in gaining exposure within the healthcare industry
