Compensation
$60-$70/hr. | Full-time and part-time opportunities available
What You’ll Do
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals
- Engage pediatric patients with fun, age-appropriate activities to promote participation and progress
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency standards
Who We’re Looking For
- Active OTR certification and valid Texas state license
- Experience in pediatric therapy preferred (new grads with pediatric fieldwork experience encouraged to apply)
- A collaborative, energetic professional who thrives in a home-based setting
Patient Population
You’ll primarily work with children (ages 0–21) presenting with diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, cerebral palsy, and fine/gross motor challenges.

Physical Requirements
- Maintain various postures (kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting) for extended periods
- Walk and run for extended periods
- Transition independently from sitting to standing
- Utilize quick body movements as required by behavior intervention plans
- Lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Transfer, position, and transport patients and adaptive equipment
- Read written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper
- Perform data collection using electronic devices
