At Reliant Healthcare Group, we understand that therapists have different goals and work styles. To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians, we offer two compensation models for our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation or Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.


Flexible Schedule Options:

Design a work schedule that fits your lifestyle! Choose from:

  • A traditional 40-hour work week
  • Four 9-hour days with a half-day Friday, or
  • Four 10-hour days for a longer weekend

What You’ll Do

  • Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones
  • Turn therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play-based activities
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well-rounded care



Requirements

  • Certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Texas OT license
  • A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun



Physical Requirements

  • Move, play, and engage with children throughout the day
  • Lift up to 25 pounds and assist with patient positioning
  • Transition between sitting, standing, kneeling, and more
  • Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs
