Hospitality Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a resourceful Hospitality Officer to handle the hospitality side of our esports events. You will be part of our existing hospitality crew and be responsible for booking the flights & hotels, arranging the local transportation, airport transfers, catering, and other relevant aspects.
Among other things, a Hospitality Officer should be ready to offer immediate assistance, to possess very good social skills, and to be a pleasant and helpful presence.
Responsibilities:

Suggest itineraries & book flights for players, talent, staff, guests

Create flights manifest and share the final itineraries, as well as other travel-related information with the relevant people/groups

Gathering player/talent/staff information or necessary documentation for hospitality purposes

Find suitable hotels for different events, in accordance with various criteria, negotiate contracts and book accommodation for players, staff, talent, etc.

Create documents such as rooming lists, travel manifests, player guides, talent guides, guest lists, etc.

Event venue scouting based on various criteria such as region, capacity, event dates, size, etc.

Arrange & coordinate the local transportation and airport transfers for players, talent, staff, guests

Arrange catering services for different events, based on the number of people, dietary restrictions, budgets, etc.

After-party locations scouting and booking

Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

High proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Google Drive - Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms

Flexibility to travel abroad for events and work varying hours, including nights or weekends.
