JOB PURPOSE:

To carry out preventive maintenance for the guest rooms. Eye for detail and able to provide the finest service for our guests and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. To deliver amenities or linen to guests when requested in the shortest time possible. Ensure that the amenities caddies are topped-up after use. To top-up pantry when linens to par.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To be trained and able to operate and use various machinery and cleaning chemicals to carry out preventive maintenance of rooms as assigned by supervisor. (Room attendant)

2. To clean and maintain the good condition of guest rooms. (Room attendant)

3. To send up linens and amenities from the housekeeping office to the pantry of each floor. (Runner)

4. Ensure that linens in the pantries are on par. (Runner)

5. Ensure that amenities caddies are topped-up. (Room attendant)

6. Ensure that guest requests are fulfilled in the quickest time possible. (Runner)

7. To do general housekeeping in the HK office. (Runner)

8. To be well groomed and provide a good image of the Hotel.

9. To fully understand and comply with workplace safety rules and regulations.
