Housekeeping Executive
- Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to company policies
- Respond promptly and empathetically to staff concerns and guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they are hygienically clean, safe, and equipped with quality amenities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize room downtime and coordinate room turnover priorities
- Oversee mini bar management, inventory accuracy, and report irregularities, damages, and lost-and-found items to management
- Establish and maintain detailed cleaning schedules for all public areas, ensuring consistent adherence to standards
- Coordinate with the engineering department on maintenance issues and verify that all equipment and cleaning supplies are adequately stocked
- Maintain inventory control of linen and uniforms through regular stock checks and monitor quality and condition, replacing worn items as needed
