HR & Admin Executive (West / 5 days) [EL]
- Manage front desk and handle general receptionist duties
- Provide administrative support for Finance and HR functions
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and perform 3-way matching (Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order)
- Perform Accounts Payable data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare sales quotations and manage email correspondence with clients
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records in the system
- Assist with Work Permit and S-Pass applications and coordinate interview arrangements
- Organize and coordinate staff training sessions
