HR & Admin Officer (Healthcare / East / 5 days) [EL]
Job Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative duties
- Handle recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR filing
- Prepare HR letters and other administrative documents
- Assist with payroll preparation and work pass matters
- Coordinate staff medical check-ups, training, and wellness activities
- Manage office administration and purchase of office supplies
- Support company events and employee engagement activities
- Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant HR/Admin experience preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
