HR ADMINISTRATOR

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support Compensation & Benefits, work pass administration, training coordination, and HR compliance. This is a hands-on role suited for someone familiar with Singapore HR practices. Payroll exposure is required as a backup function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements when needed
  • Administer compensation & benefits (insurance, leave, medical claims, salary reviews, bonuses)
  • Manage work pass processes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in line with MOM regulations
  • Coordinate training & development programmes and maintain training recordsSupport PDPA compliance and ensure proper handling of employee data
  • Prepare HR reports and provide general HR administrative and process improvement support

Key Requirements

  • · Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • · 3–5 years’ HR administration experience in Singapore
  • · Familiar with Employment Act, CPF regulations, and HR compliance
  • · Hands-on experience with work passes (EP, S Pass, WP)
  • · Experience in training coordination and C&B administration
  • · Payroll knowledge preferred (backup support role)
  • · Experience with HR & TMPS systems; Time soft is a plus
  • · Exposure to PDPA / data protection practices
  • · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
  • · Proficient in Microsoft Excel
