HR Executive (Payroll)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This role will support the full spectrum of HR functions with a particular focus on payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing whilst maintaining compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

**Job Description**

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with third party vendor

• Administer employee benefits, leave management, and maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS system

• Support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture

• Assist in HR policy implementation and employee relations matters whilst ensuring adherence to employment legislation

**Job Requirements**

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience with hands-on payroll processing knowledge

• Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and MOM guidelines

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; meticulous with excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a multicultural environment
