HR and Admin Executive
Role Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Onboarding & Contracts: Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Visa & Immigration: Handle work permit and visa applications/renewals for foreign employees.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and prepare various HR-related documents and reports.
- General Support: Assist in other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Role Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with working experience in building / construction industry.
- Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and is a great team player.
- Willingness to take up new challenges, able to work well under stress and love challenges.
- Must be able to multi-task and have data organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
