HR ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Process payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
- Liaise with staff on HR matters and provide support on enquiries
- Coordinate training and safety-related requirements for workers
- Manage foreign worker matters (accommodation, medical, insurance, etc.)
- Coordinate and submit WICA claims to insurers and relevant parties.
- Report workplace accidents and incidents to the relevant authorities when required.
- Liaise with injured employees, supervisors, medical institutions, insurance companies, and MOM regarding WICA cases.
- Ensure timely submission of WICA-related documents and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and perform general administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in construction/manufacturing)
- Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass matters
- Experience in Info Tech payroll processing is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
