HR ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Process payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Maintain proper employee records and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with staff on HR matters and provide support on enquiries
  • Coordinate training and safety-related requirements for workers
  • Manage foreign worker matters (accommodation, medical, insurance, etc.)
  • Coordinate and submit WICA claims to insurers and relevant parties.
  • Report workplace accidents and incidents to the relevant authorities when required.
  • Liaise with injured employees, supervisors, medical institutions, insurance companies, and MOM regarding WICA cases.
  • Ensure timely submission of WICA-related documents and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and perform general administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in construction/manufacturing)
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass matters
  • Experience in Info Tech payroll processing is an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
