Key Responsibilities:

· Lead recruitment, from job postings to interviews, to attract top talent.

· Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.

· Oversee performance reviews and identify training needs.

· Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.

· Process employee salaries, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy.

· Manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and good living conditions.

· Handle ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business Studies or related HR courses.

· At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.

· Experience with HR systems is a plus but we're open to passionate newcomers.

· Construction industry experience is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.

· Proactive team player with a positive attitude.

· Local Singaporeans/PRs are encouraged to apply.
