HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.

  • Process payroll and leave administration.

  • Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and training matters.

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.

  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

  • Experience handling Work Pass matters.

  • Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with construction workforce administration, including workers' onboarding, training records, and site pass arrangements, is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
