Brief Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR professional to oversee various HR functions at our branch. This role will focus on enhancing corporate culture and employee engagement while managing essential HR administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR-related functions including onboarding, offboarding, training support, and daily HR administration.
- Organize staff activities and team-building initiatives to foster a strong corporate culture and boost employee engagement.
- Manage internal communications by creating and distributing news articles, event reports, internal notices, and related materials.
- Perform secretariat duties such as arranging meetings, taking minutes, circulating documents, and drafting official correspondence and reports.
- Assist in developing corporate culture and materials for internal publicity to maintain consistency in messaging.
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives and community-related activities as needed.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree or relevant discipline with applicable work experience or professional qualifications.
- Preferred experience in HR, corporate culture development, secretariat functions, or general administration; prior experience in a financial institution is advantageous.
- Familiarity with essential HR functions, including training, employee relations, and daily administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft notices, minutes, reports, and publicity materials independently.
- Proficient in design software to enhance publicity efforts and improve workflow; knowledge of AI tools is an added advantage.
