HR & Corporate Culture Executive (Banking | Central) DT
Job Responsibilities
Support full-spectrum HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and daily HR administration
Plan and organise employee engagement activities, team bonding events, and corporate culture initiatives to enhance staff morale and participation
Manage internal communications, including drafting announcements, newsletters, event highlights, and employee engagement content
Coordinate meetings and administrative matters, including scheduling, minute-taking, report preparation, and document management
Assist in preparing corporate communications and internal publicity materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging
Support CSR activities, external engagements, and community-related initiatives when required
Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure timely follow-up on administrative processes
Provide general administrative and operational support for departmental initiatives and projects
Job Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline
Prior experience in HR, corporate communications, employee engagement, or administration preferred
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a strong advantage
Good understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and training coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with AI tools, design software, or content creation platforms is a plus
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Team player with good interpersonal skills, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters
