Job Responsibilities:
• Full-Spectrum Recruitment & Manpower Management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
• Oversee manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Payroll Administration
• Administer payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of salaries, bonuses, and other employee benefits.
• Expatriate Work Pass Management
• Handle all aspects of expat visas and work passes, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and repatriation.
• Employee Benefits Management
• Administer workman compensation claims, group hospital & surgical claims, and other employee medical benefits.
• Employee Records & Documentation
• Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring proper filing and compliance with relevant laws.
• Event Planning & Execution
• HR Support & Advisory
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from business units and colleagues.
• Provide accurate and timely information, advice, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field with HR experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of HRMS systems is an added advantage
