HR Executive (Business Partner)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes discreetly to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, updating personal details securely within HR systems.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

  • Advise line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters with discretion and professionalism.

  • Stay informed on employment laws and ensure compliance with statutory reporting.

  • Support disciplinary and grievance handling processes, promoting fair and consistent practices.

  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and share insights with management to improve employee experience and retention.

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups, dialogue sessions, and follow-up on action plans.

  • Monitor employee confirmation timelines and coordinate with stakeholders on employment decisions.

  • Support performance management processes, including appraisal exercises, salary review, and bonus administration.

  • Assist with talent development and career progression initiatives where required.

Requirements:

  • Dip/Deg with 3 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist or business partnering role

  • Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements

  • Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and IT savvy

  • 5 days week

  • 1 year contract with full benefits including completion bonus
