HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.
- Process payroll and leave administration.
- Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and training matters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Experience handling Work Pass matters.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with construction workforce administration, including workers' onboarding, training records, and site pass arrangements, is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
